Clara Hori is a lifework consultant joining Balance Integration to serve Los Angeles, as well as Miami and Latin America, respectively her current base, her previous home, and her origins. Clara’s familiarity with the corporate world comes from a successful 10 year career as an international marketing executive for Microsoft Corporation. She is a former chronically stressed workaholic and road-warrior who in her own quest to get and keep her life balanced searched for answers in ancient wisdom and modern discoveries.

Her experiences were so inspiring that soon Clara was leading informal balance efforts at Microsoft Latin America. She now joins forces with Balance Integration to further the sharing of her wide array of practical tools and techniques and help corporate people feel better, lead fuller lives and have greater self-awareness. Originally from Brazil, Clara has recently relocated from Miami to Los Angeles and completed a year of world traveling. She is also a teacher of Yoga and Relaxation to the visually impaired at the Braille Institute of Los Angeles and a board member of the YogAbility Institute, a non-profit org that brings Yoga to those with special needs.
