Claudia is the outreach strategist for Balance Integration. She comes to us with a diverse background in communications, public relations, speaker-outreach, and positioning in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. Having earned a Masters degree from Columbia University focused on leadership and management, Claudia’s strategic consulting helps mission-driven organizations reach their full potential. Claudia recently completed her yoga teacher training, aspiring to bring the benefits of yoga to a corporate audience. In addition to realizing that dream, the training also led her to commit to a career in corporate wellness. You may find her promoting our work, negotiating speaker agreements, or running events for some of the most admired non-profits in the greater NYC area.

Originally from The Netherlands, Claudia is fluent in three languages. She is an avid foodie and enjoys exploring New York City's many wonders. Claudia lives in Manhattan with her husband.
