Federica Abella is Balance Integration Business Development Director in Latin America. Today she works with Social Responsibility with Uruguayan companies like Coca Cola, Salus, Danone, Uruguay Mineral Exploration and Punta Carretas Shopping. Her previous work experience includes various marketing positions at Microsoft Uruguay and Team Work, a company she founded to deliver corporate events in Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia.
