Kailani is a marketing and communications braniac based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her scope of experience includes international clean technology conference marketing/PR, business plan competition production, high tech software/hardware marketing, and real estate business development. Kailani joins the Balance Integration team to lend a fresh voice in communicating the Balance mission through all communication channels.

Kailani enjoys growing socially and environmentally conscious organizations and people. She thrives off of experiencing a budding awareness in daily interactions - aiming to be a part of inspiring a shift towards a more 'awake' global community.
