Tevis Rose Trower

Founder

Tevis Rose Trower is a pioneer in the field of worklife satisfaction. Fueled by the question "why do we 'hate' work?", in 2001 she founded New York-based Balance Integration Corporation, providing sustainable success and employee engagement tools to optimize human assets within corporations. Heralded in Megatrends 2010 as Corporate Mindfulness Guru for the new millennium, Tevis teaches corporate professionals how to apply time-tested mastery techniques to resolve modern worklife challenges.

A faculty member in advanced management studies at NYU's School for Continuing and Professional Studies, under the auspices of Balance Integration Tevis has created mastery programs for numerous leading organizations including Google, AOL, Viacom, Yahoo!, Edelman Public Relations, Disney, Cleary-Gottleib, and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). In addition, she is a certified creativity coach, and presents at Kripalu, Omega, and studios around the globe. Her work has been cited in countless publications including YogaJournal, BusinessWeek, Forbes, Investors Business Daily, Glamour, and AMNY. She is also a former U.S. Army Reservist and board member of the New York Yoga Teachers' Association.

Whether slinging burgers as a teenager, pounding bricks as a college volunteer in grass-roots development projects in Central America, directing global media joint ventures or crafting global leadership and engagement initiatives for Fortune 500s - Tevis' breadth of professional and cultural experience informs her insights. She's studied the human element within Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Coca-Cola, IBM, and UPS as well as her years as a cross-industry consultant with Korn/Ferry International. In addition to her masters degree in international business, Tevis has studied and certified with many luminaries in the space of business mastery, yoga, meditation, authentic leadership, creativity in business, and systems thinking. Trumped only by surfing, singing and playing with her mini-dachsund Ruby, her greatest pleasure is converting great concepts into practical experiences with take-away tools that participants use to immediately and sustainably enhance their worklife reality.
