Tom Connelly brings to Balance Integration more than twenty years experience in executive search and management consulting. As a partner with both Korn Ferry International and A.T. Kearney, Tom consulted with major corporations on issues related to recruitment and retention of high performing executives. However, after Korn Ferry made an initial public stock offering, the jungles of Burma were calling.

After a life changing visit to Burma in 1997, Tom came face to face with his own “work/life balance” issue. As in The Road Less Traveled, he came to a fork in the road, looked down one path (endlessly chasing the next consulting assignment), and took the other (launching his own high end adventure travel company in Asia). With his Burmese partner, Old Burma Tours was born and now offers unique custom adventure programs throughout south Asia and India. Having recruited and developed a very capable management team the company is in good hands and Tom is delighted to join Tevis and the Balance team bringing his life experience to this innovative and evolutionary space. Years of wandering Asia and spiritually formative time spent as a Buddhist monk, combined with in-depth corporate experience, allows Tom to offer Balance Integration and its clients a most unique east-west perspective on the role of “work” and the in the importance of “balance” in every life.
