About the Event
Self-first and the bottom line
On this last day of September Self Care month, Small Business expert Marjorie Spitz and special guest Sweta Vikram will discuss the interconnectivity of the financial, physical and emotional well-being, and its impact on entrepreneurs and their businesses. Together we’ll discuss:
- How to lead and navigate your business when the hustle mentality is applauded
- Lessons learned from entrepreneurs who have been there
- Self-betrayal and how to cultivate practices that work for you
- SOS planning and understanding triggers that lead to no good
- The impact on the bottom line
I’m grateful to know Sweta for many years. Her inspirational way of managing the demands of a job, small business, family, writing career and health yields lessons for us all. She has a Masters in Strategic Communications at Columbia, is an international speaker, and award winning author, most recently of the book A Piece of Peace which just launched last week.
You can expect an interactive, lively conversation.
About: Our Small Business, Big Impact Webinar is a monthly series for lean-in discussions of trends and issues impacting small businesses. You’ll gain the skills, insights and tools to impact your business on a path to success and there will be plenty of time built in for conversation and Q&A. Ground rules:
- Participate – Lean in with your insights from your own business and feel free to push the conversation by sharing areas of curiosity or challenges you’d like addressed.
- Keep it mutual and pitch free – This is a pitch free zone so on one feels like they have to guard against sharing lest it becomes an opening for an unwanted sales solicitation.
