About the Event

As an entrepreneur and leader, your team, clients and business relies on you to lead by example, to be adaptable, clear, consistent and productive, and mostly achieve results, no matter what the business climate.

In this Small Business, Big Impact webinar with host Marjorie Spitz, we’ll tap Peter Rothman, Chief Operating Officer at Marcum Technology, to reveal his go-to leadership and productivity practices. Peter leads a hybrid workforce of 80 in 15 states. Over his career as a CIO, consultant and business owner, he has worn the many hats of a manager and has amassed a tried-and-true toolchest to share.

This interactive conversation will offer the opportunity to gain wisdom, ask questions and for peer learning. No one person has all the answers for any given business, but benefitting from real-life examples of how to be a productivity, thoughtful leader while maintaining your sanity is a powerful way to level up your game.

Guests limited to 30

About: Our Small Business, Big Impact Webinar is a series for lean-in discussions of trends and issues impacting small businesses. You’ll gain the skills, insights and tools to impact your business on a path to success and there will be plenty of time built in for conversation and Q&A. Ground rules:

  • Participate – Lean in with your      insights from your own business and feel free to push the conversation by      sharing areas of curiosity or challenges you’d like addressed.
  • Keep it mutual and pitch free – This      is a pitch free zone so on one feels like they have to guard against      sharing lest it becomes an opening for an unwanted sales solicitation.
